great location but inconsistent cleanliness
The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport just outside the door. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us with recommendations and directions.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better. we noticed some areas that needed more attention.

We had a lovely stay with a cozy family room that fit us all comfortably and appreciated the option to have breakfast early, which they even packed for us since we had to leave before service. The hotel also offered a nice terrace and a relaxing lounge area for downtime between outings. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a better luggage rack in the room to keep our bags organized. 😊

Comfortable beds, excellent location, with easy access to a subway station right outside, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining options.
Everything met my expectations.

A fabulous stay! The location was right in the action, and the room was comfy with useful amenities. Plus, Ana and Vanessa were like sunshine at the front desk—so helpful and charming!
However, my shower was a little moody, fluctuating between icy and scalding—talk about a character! And the safe? Let's just say it had decided to take a vacation.

The location excels, nestled right off a bustling main avenue and close to a subway station, allowing for easy access to major attractions. Unique touches like digital luggage weighing and rentable mobile WiFi add a nice edge to the experience.
The air conditioning struggles to keep rooms comfortably cool, often set too warm even at the lowest temperature, which feels especially inconvenient during the hot summer months. The elevator is slow and cramped, causing delays, particularly on busy days with full occupancy. Room designs can feel awkward, with limited storage for longer stays. Breakfast hours start late, and the dining area can get overcrowded, lacking space for guests during peak hours. Some room layouts lack privacy, especially with open bathroom designs that can be uncomfortable when sharing. Additionally, noise levels from the street can be disruptive, making it tricky to catch a peaceful sleep at times.

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our 3-night family trip despite some issues. The highlight was the warm attitude of the staff who tried their best to assist us. For a more restful stay, avoid the 6th-floor rooms during peak times, and consider an early breakfast to beat the crowds.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We loved taking short walks with our child through the beautiful Sabatini Gardens nearby. The location is incredible, close to major attractions like the Royal Palace. Plus, the beds were super comfy and the shower was fantastic!
In my wife’s opinion, there should be more family-friendly amenities, like a kids' play area.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring, with easy access to major sights like the Royal Palace and fantastic parks such as the Sabatini Gardens and Atenas Park. Great for families and couples alike, and the staff were very friendly. It was nice to relax after long walks around the area.
One downside was the noise at night. Even with the windows shut, we could hear street sounds, which made it hard to sleep sometimes. But overall, we enjoyed our trip.

The location is perfectly situated, with public transport just outside the door and major attractions within walking distance. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including delicious buttermilk biscuits. However, a lack of lighting made it challenging to work at the desk, and one front desk staff member was less accommodating than others, which was disappointing. Additionally, early check-in was appreciated, but room cleanliness could be improved.
